I am fairly fit, cardio wise, but new to yoga.
Today I tried bikram yoga (which is yoga in a 50 degree Celsius room), and couldn’t even last the 90 minute session, I felt so nauseous cos of the heat.
Would normal yoga be better?
I am 5’4, 115lbs and 18 if it helps.

im into regular yoga. i do it under my air conditioner:) i prefer it that way! yoga is great. excellent for muscles- great for relaxation, toning your body, and helps with self control. i love it!
